The FOOD & HEALTH (F&H) QUALITY AWARD is a prestigious international tribute to world-class FOOD & BEVERAGE, RESTAURANTS and HEALTH & ORGANIC / HERBAL FOOD SUPPLEMENTS.   The F & H QUALITY AWARD  was founded in 2001 in Hongkong by international beauty & health consultant Michelle Akman together with Helen Okura-Cruz and Howard Lee, and aims to confer tribute to outstanding global foods and health consumer products and gourmet restaurant ventures.   The project Franchise-Royalty Exclusive Grant was eventually awarded to the ASIA PACIFIC AWARDS COUNCIL  (APAC).
