The TOP SERVICE QUALITY AWARD (TSQA) is a prestigious international tribute to world-class corporate and product services. The TSQA QUALITY AWARD was founded in 2001 in Hongkong by international consumer service consultant Michelle Akman together with Helen Okura-Cruz and Howard Lee, and aims to confer tribute to outstanding global foods and health consumer products and gourmet restaurant ventures. The project Franchise-Royalty Exclusive Grant was eventually awarded to the ASIA PACIFIC AWARDS COUNCIL (APAC). Asia’s pioneer and prominent consumer recognition and achievement evaluation organization, headed by Jonathan Navea and Jerry Go, which presently undertakes the tribute event.Project proceeds will benefit the APAC Youth Livelihood & Cultural Exchange Projects of the ASIA-PACIFIC AWARDS COUNCIL (APAC).
